(Hanover Township, PA) – Between the launch of flights to a new destination and another busy week of Thanksgiving travel, passenger traffic at Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) reached its highest level for November since 2004.
“According to TSA officials, passenger activity through our new and expanded security checkpoint has increased by 10 to 15 percent. We’re prepared for a busy final stretch of holiday travel with airlines adding more capacity to the market,” said Thomas R. Stoudt, Executive Director, Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA).
